Proud is an understatement. Ross put his trust in me 5 years ago as an amateur (post to come on this). He has worked non stop, literally, since our first communication March 24 2018. Thank you for believing in me Ross and giving me the opportunity to play a part in your journey.

Won some, lost some. But never gave up no matter how many times he was denied. This is a true champion, this mindset goes far beyond bodybuilding.

He wanted redemption so bad from last year. Soon as he stepped off that stage, we began our game plan literally right away.

We both love conditioning. He brought it and than some. Prejudging was close, but we new for night show we had to come in harder and fuller, and we did. Pics and videos do no justice to how he looked.

Posing was recreated and nailed down by @joey1belt from @kj_centerstage . The posing adjustments truly helped pull together this package to what was brought to WIN!

Now we go Toronto… and it’s on to the OLYMPIA‼️🎯

I competed in my first BJJ competition today, I won- went 2-0. Although my ultimate goal is to become a professional MMA fighter one day. This was special for me as it’s the first time competing since the last time I competed as a bodybuilder in 2016, which was my worst showing ever after my Mom died. This has been a personal journey for me which I why I don’t post much about it.

I still have a lot to learn. But I am more eager than ever to keep learning and traveling on this journey I set out to do in 2022 when I retired from bodybuilding. I will be a champion one day again.

Thank you to my coaches for taking me under your wing and guiding my along this path! @thiagoalvesatt @moncaiobrothersbjj @kingmofh @americantopteam Truly appreciate all of you guys more than you know.
