Sunsets and sunrises are my two favorite times in the day. The intersection between night and day represents the perfect balance of masculine and feminine, right and left, sun and moon.
It's no wonder that ever sunset and sunrise can melt the heart and warm the soul; the energy of these moments is the twice daily reminder of our great potential and full essence.
These two moments are moments of direct contact with the divine. If you treat them as such, you'll be amazed how things begin to change for you.
