For a weekend that was so great, this week has been pretty stressful. I was not my best self and did not give my best at work this week. I got stuck with sth and I feel like I let myself and everyone else down.

But I have decided to extend a measure of grace to myself. I am learning to not be hard on myself and to stop being a perfectionist.
