how I transformed him skinny, broke, and depressed to jacked, wealthy & alive with meaning

this lecture will change your life (how to recreate your identity)

you've been lied to your entire life (how to become the architect of your own mind)

Changing the world is next.
To reach what I once called my ‘dream life’ ultimately came down to turning inward and rewriting the very framework through which I saw myself.
For years, I tried to force external results through sheer will, only to watch those gains—both mental and physical—inevitably crumble. They were built on fragile ground. I lacked any sort of scaffolding.
I eventually came to the sobering realization that, like so many, I had been treating behaviour as the root of the problem, WHEN IT WAS MERELY A SYMPTOM. The true work had to begin at the foundational layer of identity. Only then did action begin to emerge organically from a self-concept that was finally in alignment with my highest aims.
Identity, I discovered, was the invisible architecture underlying every conscious and unconscious choice. Deliberately rewiring this foundational structure led to the inevitable recalibration of the very filters governing what I noticed, valued, and pursued.
You can literally change what you see. Fucking hell.
Beliefs that had once held me hostage dissolved, replaced by the narratives of who I was becoming. Fuck self-sabotage.
Habits no longer felt like fragile grafts anymore. T

Well, here we are. I’ve done essentially everything I’ve set out to do thus far, yet my dreams that now fill the horizon have reached a scale I would not have believed possible even a year ago. This really is just the beginning.
