Are the people in your circle in alignment with who you’re working towards becoming? Do they support you? Are they happy for you when you achieve certain goals? Do they have your back at the tables you’re not sat at?
Especially as you get older and become comfortable in your own lane if believe you realise the importance of being surrounded by the right people,it doesn’t mean that you think you’re better than anyone,some people just won’t want to be on board for the journey you’re on and sometimes you realise that others no longer deserve a seat anymore
