2024 was a year i never expected, a year that taught me more about loss and grief than i could have ever prepared for. while the pain was overwhelming at times, i cant help but feel a deep sense of gratitude for all that it brought. though i walked through some of the darkest moments, i now see the ways in which they have refined me. i am content, deeply grateful, and—above all—firm in my identity in christ. no longer do i wish for my life to be different. ive learned to embrace it exactly as it is, knowing that i am right where i need to be. i love my life. i love who i am becoming.

as i enter 2025, the one position i choose to remain in is kneeling at the altar, eyes and heart fixed solely on my God. the trials of 2024 were many—heartache, struggles, tears—but i wouldnt change a single one of them. every challenge, every tear, every moment of despair was used by God to mold me, to shape me into who i am today. from a place of brokenness, the Lord gently gathered the shattered pieces of my soul and crafted something far more beautiful than i could have imagined. i stand now as a living testament to his healing, grace, and unending love. in his hands, ive been made whole.

so, 2024, i never thought id say this, but thank you. and above all, thank you, father, for walking with me through every trial and for making all things new. all glory and honor go to you and you alone.
