What an epic adventure here in Russia at one of the most magical places I’ve ever been. Thank you everyone involved for making it so much fun and special!
Quick reminder: trust yourself, take some risks, show up, and commit to it.
I came into this just a couple weeks after completing the hardest thing I’ve ever done: RAAM Solo. And let me tell you… I still didn’t feel (and still don’t) feel my hands and feet fully from the nerve damage I got, but still decided to go into this knowing that I may have certain limitations and to stop at some point (safety first). And yet, the body adapted and thrived along the way. So much that I even tried to solve a Rubik’s cube at the summit with fully numbed hands (check the last slide) 🙈
The moral of the story is that it all comes down to staying curious and making that decision: yes or no? That answer may change everything. So choose wisely and see how your life unfolds.
