In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man comes up with a way to defeat Electro by overcharging him like a battery so that he would explode. Earlier in the movie, Spider-Man's web shooters are destroyed by Electro, and while he trying to fix them- he ends up overcharging a bunch of batteries and they all end up exploding. This was a very clever detail in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Do you know? Miguel O'hara was originally meant to appear in The Amazing Spider-Man 4 alongside Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man!!! Had TASM 4 not been cancelled at that time, we would've had a live action Spider-Verse so many years ago already!
