I feel a deep sense of fulfillment with how Iāve spent my time lately, and I want to thank you for giving me the chance to express myself authentically and help you live the life you want.
While I tend to complain about the terrible effect of excess phone use, doomscrolling, and blue light exposure, itās incredible that on the other side of this is the convenient opportunity to connect with you.
I feel more aligned with my purpose and mission right now than ever before, and the impact Iām having on people just like you gets me SO FIRED UP every single day.
Besides my family, this is the brightest blessing the universe has ever rewarded me with, and itās a gift that we all have inside!
As a humanist, I believe that discovering your science paves the path to an authentic life, laying the foundation for self-actualization.
While the process isnāt perfect, Iām grateful for our modern social media platforms and all of the ways that they can serve as vehicles for our self-expression.
Letās continue to put deep and genuine human connection at the top of wishlists this holiday season! Whether weāre online or in person, I look forward to connecting more deeply with all of you!
Much love,
AP & Darwin

Iāve had the chance to work closely as the health and performance coach of a handful of world-class racing drivers, but this was my first time on the track, in the pits, and amidst the chaos.
Needless to say, I f*cking love my job.
Itās shocking to me how many personnel there are there to service the car and how (relatively) little attention is paid to the driversā¦
Each car has a series of race engineers, data engineers, mechanics, refueling crew, support staff, strategists, etc. There were at least a dozen people there to support the car (and, indirectly, the drivers).
Itās insanely cool to collaborate with someone like @sd.evolution and fulfill the role of over a dozen people on a car as just two people on a human being.
After all, the LMP2 (Le Mans Prototype 2) cars have some leeway for innovation, but they are generally performance-standardized.
In my biased opinion, this means that the most significant advantage happens at the level of the driver himself.
It is an honor to help these guys, and Iām excited to help them step up onto more podiums as the fastest versions of THEMSELVES.
Best of luck in Dubai fellas

Wishing you a very lovely weekend,

Race cars have a special place in almost every young manās heart, and the inner child in me feels very fortunate to be so involved in the HUMAN engineering end of what these spaceships are capable of.
