And NEW… One of the best things I’ve heard in my lifetime as I’m standing on the diagonal line waiting for my name to be called. This past weekend was one of the craziest and greatest experiences I ever had.

There were many ups and downs on this prep, from losing confidence in myself 3 weeks out to late night emotional breakdowns. Craving was also at an all time high, I literally would download food apps to checkout items that I wanted to eat post show. Waking up 4-5 times each nights to pee was the worst and not to mention the night sweats lol.

Being on prep for this long is definitely draining both physically and mentally. Despite the adversity, I was able to get SHIT done every f*cking day. Literally SSDD Mentality. Everyone’s going to have moments where giving up seems to be the only option. Take a deep breath and relax, think about all the work you’ve put into this goal and be proud of the progress you’ve made. Push past your limits and finish strong.

Met a bunch of dope people this past weekend, glad I was able to hear about the many different stories and get to see the hard work they put in to achieve their best physique.
