April began learning about real estate in Highschool, and made a goal to purchase as soon as possible. Following advise on building good credit, showing proper income, and utilizing government assistance she successfully purchased a house by the age of 19. After purchasing a second home, she decided that a career helping others accomplish the same goals in real estate would be enjoyable. April began working for ZipRealty as a new agent in 2008. Within her first 4 months she successfully closed 5 deals, while raising small children, and pursuing a higher education. By 2013 April completed an interdisciplinary masters and broker license
