Campus hires of IT firm LTIMindtree who received offer letters in January 2022 are still awaiting onboarding, according to the IT-employee union Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES). The IT firm has reportedly asked them to go through a new training programme to prove their eligibility. Their offer letters reportedly stand cancelled if they don't participate in the programme.
