What I’ve learned is this:
vision alone doesn’t sustain movements.
Intensity doesn’t build longevity.
And money without reverence collapses systems—from bodies to businesses.
The Ceremonial CEO is not an aesthetic.
It’s a leadership architecture.
One that integrates executive excellence with embodied intelligence.
One that treats capital as energy, not conquest.
One that builds containers strong enough to hold beauty, pressure, and scale without collapse.
This work is for those stewarding real responsibility—
resources, land, teams, culture, and future generations—
who know the old strategies of force and burnout no longer apply.
If you’re sensing the end of performance-based leadership
and the emergence of something more coherent, more sustainable, more alive—

22Inspired by the legendary @zachbushmd, who - over miso soup - urged me to wear my artist hat to Davos instead of my business hat…this poem is a sincere attempt to capture the complexity of our modern times.
It’s a sincere invitation to make the daring leap from head to heart. From “intellectual intelligence” to “ancient intelligence.” Our future generations depend on it.
I don’t often ask you to watch and share our content, because I trust that if you are inspired, you will organically do so. But for this one, I am going to make a special request that if it touches you, you share this message far and wide.

This spoken word poem “The Final Frontier” which I wrote and performed for the attendees of unDavos (the ecosystem surrounding the World Economic Forum) is a call to action for daring, devoted leadership.
