Since its inception in 2014, this academy strives to provide superior dance education in a professional setting and to create positive, long-lasting experiences to its members and its spectators by fostering the essential connection between regional dance composition and Mexican folkloric performance to generate highly trained leaders in the arts of ballet folklorico. This dance academy devotes its resources to producing safe and engaging showcases that accurately portray Mexican culture and its history through traditional, regional dances; to delivering high-quality theatrical impact; to contributing to the Mexican folkloric arts community; and to instilling cultural sensitivity and awareness in our youth.
