411This race reminded me a lot of the sensation you feel when you were fighting. There are times where your body your mind and every part of you is telling you to quit. It’s you vs you, and it’s in those moments that you realize who you really are. Super proud of myself not only for completing the half marathon, but for being the only quadriplegic who pushed himself through it.

First half marathon in the books!
