DJ Bigg Cheeez is a veteran New Orleans DJ, producer, and turntablist who’s been active since the early 1990s. He’s from the Shrewsbury area and is known as a member of the legendary PsychoWard DJs crew.
He built a reputation rocking clubs, parties, concerts, festivals, and cultural events throughout the South, while also blending hip-hop, bounce, R&B, funk, and even jazz into his sets. According to WWOZ, he has performed alongside or opened for artists like Mia X, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Wyclef Jean, Goodie Mob, and jazz artists including Donald Harrison and members of the Marsalis family.
