25Kelsey is currently a resident of Vienna, VA and has lived in northern Virginia for 8 years. She quickly fell in love with the DC metro area after meeting the love of her life at a New Year’s Eve party while in college. 🪩
Prior to getting into real estate, Kelsey graduated with a journalism degree from The University of Alabama, where she had her eyes set on following in the footsteps of her godmother, Anne Dwyer who was the morning news anchor in Tampa, Florida, Kelsey’s hometown. After college she landed a job in Atlanta for USA Today’s video department, which was much more fitting. 🎥
Following her time there, Kelsey accepted a position as a web editor for WUSA9 in Washington, D.C. and then landed a Senior Web Producer position for FOX5 in D.C. Kelsey managed local and national stories that were published on FOX5DC.com. She also created & managed social media material for the news station. She eventually found her way back to USA Today in the Tyson’s Corner office.
In 2020, Kelsey was told by a dear friend to follow Libby on instagram, and the following year Kelsey “slid into Libby’s DMs” and the rest is history. 👏🏼 Present day she is now thriving as an agent and an essential asset to the Bish Properties team.

A native to Great Falls, VA and a graduate of Langley High school, Libby certainly has a passion for the dc metro area-a place she’s called home for 20 years. 🏡
Prior to getting into real estate, Libby graduated with a business and leadership degree from Virginia Tech, where she had big dreams of becoming a sports agent (didn’t we all?), but landed at a big consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton. Following her time there, Libby accepted a position as a manager of an insurance association in Washington, D.C. There, Libby spearheaded the organization's membership program, managing the relationship and communication between the company and more than 200 firms in the insurance community.
In 2017, she took the plunge to begin a career in real estate, and just 6 years later is now a SVP of Compass and founder of the Bish Property team. 👨👩👧👧
Her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and love for friendly competition has earned her and her team the title of Arlington Magazine and Washingtonian’s Top Real Estate Producer awards year after year. 🥇
Whenever she's not working, you can find Libby cheering on DC sports teams, drinking an espresso martini (before they were trendy!!😉) or spending time with her husband and family. She adores her two nephews who also keep her busy on the weeken
