After I got clean and sober a little over 2 years ago I set my mind to getting in the best physical shape I possibly could no matter what. And God I’m glad I did. Hard work really pays off! These pics are two years apart. 5-6 days a week I’m getttinittt and if I miss a day it screws me all up lol…it’s definitely hard to get started but once your in the rhythm of it and start seeing the changes it’s so addicting and you start to look forward to it.
