Society told us that we should seek to be loved.

Love is not enough because Black Men the only person that will love you unconditionally is your mother.
Everyone else is based on conditionally love in some form of fashion of by work you do for yourself or most times for them.
It not a bad thing it just is.
As Black Men we must increase our value to society and that starts with building momentum.
You do that by ruthlessly tracking…
sleeping 7+ hours
training 30 minutes daily
hydrating with 1 gallon of water
journaling your thoughts and feelings, meditating for 5 minutes,
read 5 pages of a book
… you must do this everyday!

A lot of men I spoke with are lacking money because they attach having money with being an evil person or selfish.
