When you look at every problem just as a puzzle or temporary roadblock in a game, you minimize the problem and make it enjoyable to resolve.
When you take your pain from previous events and turn it into your purpose to limit that from occurring again to you and others in the future, life becomes more fulfilling.
When you turn your temporary failure into fuel to learn, adapt and become better, you'll become unstoppable.
Your perspective is free, programmable at anytime and is without a doubt the largest impact on your success and happiness.

The reason it’s the dream is because you can buy an asset at a discount and as fundamentals grow, eventually price also picks up.

While Capri and London were cool, I can’t get over how small some things are over there 😂

People overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what can be accomplished in multiple years
3 years ago today...
I was walking out of rehab in Tennessee for chemical dependency with loads of bad debt, no connections and no direction in life. All I had was a leased Honda Civic and a desire to be more and do more with my life.

The #1 characteristic of a successful investor:
Awareness
Awareness to see the future changes in the economy/marketplace along with the courage to act before the masses 🔥
If you do what everyone else does, you’ll get what everyone else has 🤷🏼♂️

That is a question one of my mentors asked me 1.5 years ago...
He wasn’t asking if I was a billionaire. He was provoking me to start realizing the ripple effect of all my actions.
