I know I don’t post very much these days. But I’m still putting in the work. My motivations are just a little different these days. ❤️ my lifts now include pelvic floor and deep core movements to help prep my body for babies in the next couple years, exercises that will help my flexibility as I age, functional movement that will help preserve my muscle tone, recovery elements that will allow for longevity etc. my training motivations aren’t so much about what I want to look like but more about what I want to FEEL like and what I want my body to be able to do in the future.

Also, super obsessed with these @paragon leggings. They’re super flattering on the booty but I love that they’re not so in your face scrunch bum “look at me” pants 😂 my gym fits have gone from tiny sports bras and booty shorts, to big Tees and slightly more modest pants lol. Loving the results from my broadband laser treatment I got last week at @thebitarmedspa it’s already gotten rid of some sun damage I had on my face. Can’t wait to see my results after the next one!
