I started Fit For Duty for my daughter, to create financial stability, and to leave behind a legacy. But most of all, to help security guards who struggle with energy and nutrition take back control of their health and purpose.

I’ve spent years working security from loss prevention to correctional with long hours, little sleep, and constant fatigue. I hit a point where I was tired of being tired.

After meeting great mentors I was able to improve my health and build the skills to help others.

Now I support security professionals as they build muscle, energy, and confidence through tailored supplement support focused on protein and performance.
