The energy that a barefoot pick-up game exudes is like nothing I’ve ever seen.
And the curiosity and gratitude these kids greeted us with is unforgettable.
It was an honor to be able to capture a sliver of the biggest hoop culture on the planet and an even bigger gift to become more connected with my Pinoy heritage.

In 2021, on a Monday morning, I quit my job with KPMG after 6 months.
I had a camera and zero clients. But I had faith in myself and that was enough.
I did free work and delivered UberEats to put money in my pocket.
A few months later I had my first major breakthroughs thanks to the trust of @jade.ensesa , @performax.pt and @_taylorwilsonxlii & @turner_myles
My second leap came when I took a chance at the beginning of 2022 and moved to Miami to pursue content direction for @byanymeansbasketball and @detail.mia
Fast forward 3 years later and as 2024 comes to a close I am extremely grateful for the life I created from that “mistake I was making”.
I’ve gained priceless perspective and enjoyed countless experiences from the work we’ve done growing the game of 🏀 in over 30 countries across 5 continents.
I’ve been grateful to help @turner_myles in his continuing path to greatness! Thanks to @_taylorwilsonxlii lavelt88 @multiopsmanager @davary93
