Caroline Kisko

Caroline Kisko is a canine welfare expert, media commentator, and writer with more than two decades of experience in dog welfare, public policy, and communications. Formerly Secretary and Director of Communications at The Royal Kennel Club, she became a leading voice on responsible dog ownership, breeding standards, and animal welfare legislation in the UK. Caroline is also a regular contributor to national media and serves as a trustee for The Jean Lanning Foundation, supporting healthcare initiatives within the NHS.
