Having honed his skills at renowned establishments like The Ritz and The Savoy Hotel, and under the mentorship of chefs like Gordon Ramsay, he is dedicated to making fine dining Caribbean cuisine more mainstream and becoming one of Jamaica's first chef's with a Michelin Star restaurant.
