I was raised by a single mom with my brother. We grew up in the struggle. From having to figure out what we’d eat that day to seeing evictions notices, we witnessed how hard life was.
I learned quickly I couldn’t control the circumstances I was born into but I COULD change my future.
At 17, I went to the US Army. I thought that’d be my way out. It didn’t give me financial freedom tho.
At 27 I became an attorney. Quickly realized, if I wanted to earn more I’d have to work more. Trading time for money.

So I decided to get into real estate. With $4K, 650 credit score and a drive to do 3 things.
Become a millionaire by 30. Retire my mom. Quit my 9 to 5.
I learned to leverage bank financing to buy rentals. I started buying rentals in Nc and within 7 months moved out here.
I saw this was DOABLE. So I ran with it. I bought 8 houses then 17 more in 24 months.
36 months later, I’ve purchased 75 rentals. Moms retired. No longer working for anybody ✅
God has brought me through this entire way. I wouldn’t be here without him.
It’s still the beginning but looking forward to this entire journey of impacting others, creating generational wealth, and transforming my entire bloodline through real estate. 🚀
