There is a lost art to caring about an audience.

It’s been overshadowed by revenue and profits.

It’s been neglected by strategy and growth.

All which are necessary as well, but none are as effective without caring.

Me and Joe spoke at a conference in #toronto about the art of determination, persevering and winning.
