Iām not really sure where the time has gone since we met last year, but what I do know is that Iāve enjoyed every second of it.
Every day in the sun, every road-trip, every workout, every rave and even every flight, despite my crippling fear of flying š
Thank you for making the most mundane days fun (and oftentimes hilarious).
Thank you for always believing in me and supporting me no matter how bananas the goal may be.
Thank you for allowing me to finally let down the walls Iād spent so long building up.
Thank you for being the most patient, understanding and loving person, even on your hardest days (and mine).
Youāve brought a peace to my life that I didnāt know I deserved.
I know it sounds clicheĢ, but sometimes the person you didnāt know you needed comes to you out of nowhere.
And they will heal parts of you that you didnāt even realize needed healing.
My advice to everyone out there who wants to succeed in life; when that person comes along, donāt run. Donāt fight it. Donāt screw it up.
Embrace it.
Hold onto that person and do everything in your power to help them succeed.
Because their success is your success, and vice versa. Share it.
Thatās enough š§ from me today.
I hope everyone is enjoying the summer as much as we are.

In the last 6 years Iāve only had 2 coaches. I generally research a prospective coach extensively before working with them.
Not only because I want consistent results, but also because I want them to have qualities I respect.
If I donāt trust them, I wonāt follow them. Simple as that.
This is where discipline comes into the conversation because, if I trust my coach, I am going to follow my plan without deviation.
If youāre going to hire a coach, then I think itās important to recognize a few things first.
Your coach is your guide. YOU still need to show up for yourself. That means following your plan to the letter.
Your coach isnāt here to remind you to check in 3 times in a row. If you canāt make it; communicate. Your coach is waiting on you and is working to help you.
Of course we are here to guide you to success, but we can only do that if you communicate with us. Transparency builds trust which always leads to better results.
The bottom line is that if youāre going to invest in working with someone, treat success as a non-negotiable for both you and them.
Only then can you really maximize the knowledge and experience a coach brings. Running at 50% because your compliance sucks is a waste of your time and money.
By the way this šš¼photo is the face I make when someone misses a check in š (you know who you are)

When we first set our heart on something, whether it be a goal, a place in life, a dream⦠In that moment we would probably do anything to achieve it, right?
We plan. We work. We sacrifice. Anything to take us closer to that dream.
The problem is, the further along we get, the further away the goal seems to get.
Why?
Itās not like weāre going backwards, or giving up. Oftentimes itās quite the opposite.
If 6 years ago you had shown me where I am today, Iād have been in disbelief. Never in my wildest dreams could I have anticipated living the life I do today.
And yet, the last few months, Iāve found it harder and harder to celebrate that (or any) success.
Iāve come to realize that over the last year, my ability to pursue success has increased tenfold.
But simultaneously, my ability to recognize it, has diminished to the point where I no longer allow myself to celebrate anything Iāve accomplished.
Iāve become so singularly focused on the need to be more, that Iāve started ignoring the joy that comes with the pursuit of that success.
I stopped enjoying the journey.
Now, I know that having high expectations is a strong character trait and often takes us to places we otherwise wouldnāt go.
But if all youāre ever doing is looking forward, youāre running the very real risk of missing out on the best moments of your life.
Maybe youāre in the same boat as me right now, and if you are,

Long overdue appreciation post incoming, so if thatās not your thing you should probs turn away now š

I had a revelation recently.
