I’m overwhelmed with the range of emotions about being exactly one month away from the release of my book, Family, Football, & Failure.

It’s my story about growing up in an entrepreneurial family, coaching at all levels of Division I football, and the lessons I learned from failures that helped me navigate our family business through the pandemic.

I’m grateful to my dad @nudelberg for pushing me to do this and for his contributions to the book.

Also to Ginger Emas for her help and guidance in writing it, to my grandfather Stan and my brother @jakenoodle for their contributions, and of course to @shea_money_11 for always making it happen.

Leadership is a lifestyle not a title, and I hope reading this book will help people develop their own game plan for success, the way living it did for me.
