Three years ago in June I had a miscarriage. I held in the pain of it alone. I carried pity and guilt. I didn’t share it with anyone outside of close family/friends because I didn’t want people to see fault in me. I told myself I was broken, even after having two beautiful babies. It has taken me three years to come back to those feelings and adjust them. To tell myself how I dealt with it was cruel. In the last month I have finally gained peace with what I went through. I have accepted it. I told myself I was sorry for how I beat myself up. I let myself heal in a healthy way. I fully see what I went through in a different light. I see now that you go through certain hardships in life to learn from them, grow from them, even when they don’t make sense. It doesn’t matter how long it took me to figure this out, it just matters that I did. Even with my beautiful rainbow baby I hadn’t healed within from this day. I just walked away from the situation and never healed. Put it on a shelf of, I’ll get to it later. So all that being said, I am sharing this today because I can finally share it in the proper way it was meant to be shared. I can share it because I don’t see fault in what happened. I can share it because it was part of my path. I can share it because in ways I’m thankful for the pain. I understand now why it happened. I want to share this to help someone who maybe did or is doing what I did. To help someone heal

I get to love you! It truly is the best thing I will ever do in my life. I thank god every second I get for my beautiful children. They light up my life. I always tell them, Jesus made them special just for me and daddy. He truly did. I learn something from each one of them daily. Each one of them is different and make me a better person in their own ways. I don’t know what I would do without my friends. Trav jokes I made three mine me’s and they just follow me around. It’s true and I love it. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there and to those who have lost a mom, don’t have a mother, lost a child, trying to have a child I am thinking of you today. I am praying for your strength today.
