Steak EA| (Secretly, everyone's favorite cut!)
Juicy and robust, our USDA Prime Hanger Steak is
cut from below the diaphragm of the cow. Due to its
proximity to the cow's organs, it is ultra rich in iron
and packs a beefy punch! It's so tasty that it used to
be called the Butcher's Cut (who kept it for
themselves!).
It's a staple in our Butcher's Feast® and the first cut
we serve at all our properties. Try it by itself first and
then with a bite of crisp, tangy pickle in a ssam.
