It doesn't matter if you are an introvert or extrovert. Loneliness and being alone without face to face human interaction causes depression and mental trauma. I am telling you from someone who had a very successful private practice working with people with. cognitive issues... being without human interaction is not healthy. I challenge everyone to reach out to someone you have not spoken to in over a year or two and ask them how they are doing. Reconnect with someone. Life is way too short. Tomorrow is NEVER PROMISED.
