Before you start, come into a state of complete trust in yourself and those actions which let you discover your center, your core.
For this purpose you can additionally help yourself with physical practices:
Breathing
1. Tibetan Pearls
2. Qigong
3. Tensegrity Castaneda
After doing some practices from the list for some time (around 1-2 weeks), ideally everything in order or combining, you will sufficiently "accelerate" the energy flows and will be able to begin the practice of full cleansing and filling the channels.
Tune in to your own wave, drop all ideas and expectations.
Do not worry, at first it may be possible only by 10% to recreate and see the plugs and blockages of your energies.
