I'm on day 5 of medication and feeling good. I get bouts of nausea which I fully expect, I usually get nausea the first week or two of meds before my body adjusts and some big
sad feelings that hit out of no where but I know it's the meds to I'll just have a quick cry and go on with my day!
I'm feeling good about this round. I've gotten a pretty thick lining in the past on medicated cycles and if it's not quite where they want it, they will bump up my estrogen by a bit. Keep your fingers crossed for us next ultrasound!
What did you try to help with lining thicken? Any fun old wives tales or things your clinic had suggested?

A mock cycle is essentially when you take all the medications and have all the ultrasounds and bloodwork but no embryo transfer. This is to see how your body responds to a certain medication protocol.
For this one we decided to try a modified natural cycle since it involves way less medication and all its side effects. For this one, the only medication I had to take was
something called letrozole which typically helps thicken uterine lining. I had an ultrasound and bloodwork on cycle day 11 and cycle day 16 to monitor my hormone levels and lining thickness.
Unfortunately this cycle was a flop! Womp womp My lining didn't get thick enough and What's strange is that my lining was even thinner than when I did a complete natural cycle with no meds at all, so strange!
So the next step is to do a medicated mock cycle and see how that goes. I've done many of these and my thickest lining has been with a medicated cycle so we all feel pretty hopeful that it will do the trick, I'll just cry a bit @ (the
estrogen medication makes me a tad bit emotional!) I'll share more on that protocol later on.
What type of protocol have you tried?

Last week I started a medicated mock cycle. I'm currently taking 8mg of estrogen daily and a low dose apsrin. and a million vitamins for good measure *shout out to @birdbeco for making the only prenatal vitamins I've ever had that don't make me nauseous! We also decided to add vitamin E and L-Arginine to help encourage lining thickness and of course my daily probiotic which I've been taking since my last journey.
