Anup Parajuli

This unique Nepalese thali is a combination of dal, bhaat, tarkari, any meat and buckwheat finger chips and a generous dollop of ghee. Usually, this set is served in a bronze plate typically used by Thakali people and similar bronze bowls to serve curry dishes to complete the full-fledged meal.
