✅ Stress Detox Course - 4 Phase Self Regulation

Driving to school one day we go past a McDonalds. Like always there is a line around the building. My little asks me:
"Do they know it's unhealthy?"
I replied:
"Well what do you think?"
Her:
"Probably, but it's fast food and I think that matters most when people are busy."
Me:
"Hey Siri: set a reminder for a content idea"

A stressed, overwhelmed, overstimulated, nervous system with unmet basic needs will always choose easy over sustainable.
NOT only that but it will choose easy effort in the name of certainty in a pattern it's familiar with than investing effort into something new.
Novelty isn't a luxury of the regulated, it's a choice of the functional and progressive.
I was talking with a client of mine a CEO of a massive real estate empire in a big city.
Our struggle was uncertainty in an evolving market, it was stressful and the strategy he believed was best to take action on, was a tried and true old pattern.
It was S000 much more effort for the agents yet…. sales sky rocketed.
We found the need of the people (authentic connecting to other people) and implemented it with systems that had hand offs and automations that were efficient.
Busy is a fallacy, take the serious time to consider if it's meaningful and making progress you desire.

Deep in the amazon there is a tribe that does not know the color blue.
They have over 100 different words for the color of green of which they are surrounded but when explorers point to the sky and researches show they 3 green squares and
one blue they do not see it.
How is this?
Can you really not see something that is right in front of you?
Yes.
When asked to look up into the sky these tribe members said it was colorless, when asked to look into the depths of the ocean again colorless.
One of our superpowers as humans is attaching experience to language which is exactly how today you and I know what blue is.
However if we haven't witnessed or experienced the meaning behind a word the word is just a word. BUT only for a short period of time.
The brain is a learning machine, its designed to take uncertainty which it interrupts as danger and transform it into the familiar through pattern recognition.
You nervous system is a meaning making machine easily manipulated through emotions and environmental stimulus.
A cage is freedom to an abused dog because it's sanctuary from the pain, the dog does not know true freedom is an open field and companionship because it has never
experienced such things, only fear is real and any lack of fear must be freedom.
