Cringy physique post! But the reason I share this is because it's very easy and actually enjoyable to keep. I eat what I want and drink on the weekend! I don't diet at all! The point being is that the common mistake is people tend to try to cut corners getting to their goal! But it's such a hard and long journey to do it like that! It's so much easier to be fully committed to your goal! And then once you're there or close enough, it's very easy to maintain.
