I have been President of the Young Entrepreneurs of the Industrial Association of Brescia (Italy) from 2011 to 2015 and later on, President of Youth regional area of Confindustria Lombardy. My Job is focused on sales and business development regarding mainly metal and brass alloys production companies. Due to my experience I also supports in business development entrepreneurs as an advisor, tackle daily difficulties by streamlining organizational and decision-making processes, also setting concrete business target and dealing with the issues of family businesses, leadership, generational change and problems related to the family environment in the company.
