GETTING UNCOMFORTABLE IN YOUR HERBALIFE BUSINESS

VISION BOARD TIPS

and here’s what I’m taking with me:
• Never ignore your intuition. Your body will always tell you when something feels right or wrong - and that’s all the clarity you need to make a decision.
• It’s okay to sit with something painful instead of running from it. The sooner you face yourself, the sooner you grow.
• Maturity comes with awareness. Boundaries become necessary, and access to your life becomes something you give intentionally, not automatically.
• The rebuilding of discipline often becomes more powerful than the discipline you had before - because this time, it’s rebuilt with awareness.
• Anything you’ve healed from should not be revisited, honoring your growth means not returning to old versions of yourself.
• Real growth happens when discipline becomes proactive instead of reactive; choosing structure early prevents cycles that pain usually has to teach.
What has been your biggest lesson as you enter your more mature season?

I promised myself I would give myself lots of grace through the process. I was going to enjoy being a first-time mom, breastfeeding, and being gentle with myself. But that didn’t mean I had to postpone working towards becoming a better version of me, even if it was going to be a slow process.
I’ve been able to lose 60 lbs after having Devin (the picture on the right is me today, 2 years postpartum). And even though I’m super excited to get new results and become more disciplined with my routine again, it’s important to also be grateful for where I’m at and how far I’ve come while maintaining my results.
You may not know exactly where you’re headed or how you’ll get there, but sometimes all you need to focus on is taking one step at a time in the right direction, trusting that the dots will eventually connect. Everything will fall into place. Don’t delay taking small steps towards a better you because there’s never going to be a “perf

The picture on the left was taken about 10 days postpartum. I remember looking in the mirror and not even recognizing myself. After being on my fitness journey for about 4 years and reaching my best physique before pregnancy, I felt completely lost with my body… I didn’t even know what “a better version of me” would look like. But what I did know was that even though I had no idea what my transformation would be like, it would still be better than how I looked and felt in that moment.
