80kg on bench & 160kg on deadlift have been some
pretty big milestone number goals i've always wanted
to hit. couldn't be happier with that! squats just are not
my friend rn lol💀
the weight cut down to 59.6kg took a lot of hard work
and dedication. I enjoy the process so much! it was
worth it :p super happy with how much strength I
gained at a lower body weight.

thank you to every single one of my friends who came
out and supported me! I would be nothing without each
and every single one of you. special thank you to @flight_jn1 for everything, every single day and @allcalf.gocon for coaching me & flying out to handle
me! couldn't have asked for a better coaching
experience.

I freaking love training. every day I wake up grateful and
excited to live a life where l can prioritize training over
everything else. can't wait to keep grinding💪
