Rising from the scorched earth of the San Gabriel foothills, FRSH FLWRZ is an eight-part hip-hop powerhouse defined not by the fires that tested them, but by the fire that burns within them. Comprised primarily of Altadena natives, this sonic kinship was forged in the shadow of Eaton Canyon, where the beauty of the trails often walks hand-in-hand with the hardship of the flames.
By pouring their gifts into the community, they are rewriting the city’s identity. They are replacing the smell of smoke with the incense of creativity, turning burn scars into basslines, and reminding the inhabitants of the trails that while the land may char, the culture never burns out.
