On the Rise

Ace Elvinci is a Ghanaian-born artist originally from Ghana, West Africa, whose identity and musical vision have been shaped by two very different worlds. Growing up in Agbogbloshie and Achimota, Accra Ghana, he experienced the culture, sounds, energy, and everyday realities of life in his homeland while attending Mothercare International School in Ghana. At just seven years old, his life took a major turn when he moved to America and continued his education in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, a community known for its affluent suburban lifestyle.
Growing up between these contrasting environments gave Ace a unique perspective on the world. Ghana gave him his roots, cultural identity, and connection to African rhythms
