Sarah Epstein

Growing up with a brother who has a non-verbal disability, Sarah learned from an early age how to read and respond to unspoken needs. Watching her mother and trusting her own intuition shaped her ability to provide compassionate, intuitive care to those who may not always be able to express their needs.
Her passion for newborn care, sparked by her personal experience as a mother of two, drives her work. She offers a range of services, from breastfeeding guidance to establishing sleep routines, to help parents feel confident in their ability to care for their new baby. Sarah's own "village" of support after her children's births inspired her to provide that same level of care to others.
