Have you ever gotten a letter from Experian stating that the account that you were trying to fight was verified⁉️⁉️
One of the reasons this is happening is because there is a address ID that is associated with the your old address, that is associated with the negative account.
So in the video above, there is a collection that has a address ID connected to it. So right now my team is disputing the address that is associated with the account to get it removed. It is easier to fight to get the address removed than the entire account.
Once we successfully dispute and get the address off, the likelihood of the account being verified drops significantly.
And boom, account gone.
This is not a silver bullet. But it is one of the strategies that my team uses to fight negative items on someone’s credit report.
