Accenture on Thursday stated that it is laying off 19,000 employees. The IT services company also lowered its annual revenue and profit projections. Accenture today also reported financial results for the second quarter, recording revenues of $15.8 billion. Earlier this week, Amazon also announced that it will lay off 9,000 more employees worldwide.
