Lacto-fermented RAMBUTAN!? The easiest way to lacto-ferment anything, in my opinion, is to take 2% of the total weight of the product in salt, season the food, then vac seal. In this case we’re fermenting this super gorgeous rambutan to see what happens. Hint: it worked.
