Your relationship thrives when you
are relaxed. This is where intimacy & communication
blooms. This is where understanding happens. The
more wired up and anxious you are, the more tangled
your relationship can become. Plus a lot of us
internalise stress and do not have any healthy coping
mechanism.
This results in one or both partners becoming
irritable, impatient, or emotionally distant due to the
stress they're experiencing. This can lead to a cycle
where the relationship becomes a source of
additional stress, exacerbating the initial issues. It's
important for partners to recognize these signs,
communicate openly about their stressors, and work
together to find ways to manage stress while
supporting each other.
