Hot Box Pretzels

14 weeks ago a friend and mentor pushed me to start writing a Friday reflection every week. Just sales, wins, mistakes, and lessons.

Those notes show everything—scaling from 5,000 pretzel bites a week to over 30,000, the excitement of new products and partnerships, and the struggles of ovens breaking twice and cash being razor thin.

It’s easily the most helpful habit I’ve added to my business. Every couple months you can even upload your reflections into AI and get a full report on the good, the bad, the wins, and the fails.

If you run a business, start your Friday reflections today. Your memory is a liar. Your notes aren’t.
