To my radio listeners that supported me throughout the years I pray and hope you gained a little bit of happiness from my voice & messages.
I hope my abrupt leaving didn’t disappoint you. Just know I gave everything I had my radio career, literally. From the high school tours I single handily planned to ALL the community service I never made a dime off of.
A large part of me walking away was to focus on my mental health. Dealing with depression and ADHD isn’t easy even more so when you barely could cover a therapist bill.
However, thank you to the Streetz @stevehatl @mjc704 @johnnykaydee and Urban One @uzid as the staff that was there and became family and worked with me while I had my problems.
A lot of people didn’t know personally I was struggling with very little help or support because my job always required me to put a smile on for you guys even at my lowest moments. S/O to my mom she was there the best way she knows how.
As I look back on my radio career I hope I helped impact my people and situations in my community. I will continue to put out as much positive energy as I can.
