First, starting off with why I wanted to be a personal trainer and fitness influencer.
In 2022 I found myself at a place where I was very unhappy with my body after I experienced major weight gain due to a combination of unhealthy eating habits, consumption of alcohol, not doing enough physical activity, not getting enough rest and barely drinking water. I went quickly from 180 to 205 in a few months time with these nasty habits. At the time I was playing college ball and it affected my game tremendously. I was constantly tired, not making sprint times, my emotions were all over the place and I was miserable. It took me a LONG time to get all my priorities straight but it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Progress doesn’t take a month or a few weeks. It takes time and consistency. Your journey could take 6 months to 3 years! It depends how much you hold yourself accountable with being consistent. I want to start helping out those who want to lock in with their fitness journey because after I finally established good habits and consistency, I’ve seen so much personal growth, clarity, peace, and joy with how confident I’ve become.
